Standard Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Once I receive the returned item, I will issue a refund, minus any shipping charges.

Custom Orders:

I don't accept returns on custom orders as each piece is created with care and customer involvement and tailored specifically to your requests.

Our whimsical charms are made on stainless steel wire that resists rust for many years, if not indefinitely, in your flower pots and fairy gardens.

To clean the glass and steel parts, simply use mild soap and water and dry with a soft cloth.
