Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS from Broadway, VA. Tracking information is included.

All orders of $50 or more receive free economy shipping.

Order Processing Time

For made-to-order items, my in-studio processing time is 3 to 7 business days. If made-to-order items are ordered with pre-made, ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be shipped together once the made-to-order items are finished unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping Considerations

Estimated delivery times for First Class Packages (3-5 business days) cannot be guaranteed and shipments may take longer to deliver during the holidays. Carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages are out of my control, but I will do what I can to help in these situations.

International Shipping

Currently I am not shipping internationally. If you are outside of the United States and would like to purchase something on my website, please contact me at dinah@studiodbeads.com for a quote .

Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry may be returned for a refund in its original condition within 30 days of purchase, minus cost of shipping. Returns must include tracking. I do not accept returns for customized items.
