Refund policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Studio D Beads. If for any reason you aren't, I offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
Standard Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once I receive the returned item, I will issue a refund, minus any shipping charges.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact me at dinah@studiodbeads.com or call 540-560-2916 to request a return authorization.
- Pack your item securely, including any original packaging.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
I don't accept returns on custom orders as each piece is created with care and customer involvement and tailored specifically to your requests. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
